Our 3rd grade classroom is made up of amazing students who are learning to view themselves as unique people in charge of their own destinies.
Sometimes, the challenges our students face like poverty, homelessness or being academically behind make it hard to feel like school is for them. I believe all students can learn and will learn and that my job is to help them find what interests and excites them. And to know that school is a safe place to ignite their passions for living and learning.
In our room students lead their own learning by choosing projects and setting goals for themselves. We love to encourage creativity and inventiveness by supporting students natural wonder.
Thank you for supporting our these amazing young people!
