Our classroom is a place for challenging ourselves, and fostering a genuine passion for reading. Like any other third grader, these scholars have a true desire to learn.
Coming from such a high-poverty neighborhood, these third grade students do not get the same opportunities that other third graders may get. Due to the adversity these young scholars face, many are not meeting grade-level standards. The desire for learning and growth can be negatively affected by these unfortunate circumstances.
With the help from donors like you, I hope to be able to provide these children with the materials and resources they need to succeed.
