The materials and supplies that I am requesting will make learning come alive in my classroom! Each book is part of a novel study with a STEM lesson bundle or part of a story book STEM unit we are planning to do in our classroom this year. These books will be important in practicing our reading skills, but also in implementing aspects of math, technology, science and engineering. Along with the book studies and STEM units, we will be learning to be better writers. Each of these books will be used to working on a writing workshop with the class. Being better writers makes for better readers. Good readers make better learners!
