Students currently have nine leveled math problems posted on the projector to practice on one of 40 marked whiteboards around my classroom.
Students new to my classroom have no idea how to do some of the content and need lower level problems to work up to each standard, while other students need to be challenged with higher level content.
By using a math program on the kindle fire tablets, every student will be able to access problems that are at their individual level, and know if they are getting the problem correct with immediate feedback by myself and the math program on the tablets. Individual goals for students will be set and they will be able to track their progress throughout the year with this new technology.
