The class will gather around the teaching easel every day and inspire themselves and others to read. I will use the teaching easel to encourage and foster my students’ curiosity of learning. The students will be provided an opportunity to express their thoughts verbally and written during our literacy based discussions.
A teaching easel will be an amazing resource for student learning.
It will give the students and myself a space for writing and reading. It will make creating literacy based anchor charts as a class much more efficient. While this easel will be primarily used during our literacy lessons, it will also be utilized during morning message and math instruction.
