Many students at our school love to create and tinker and do so with materials from the recycle bin. If we could get some new tech tools or innovative arts and crafts materials the students would be thrilled! With these new tools, students can learn to work with their hands, solve problems, and design new projects.
Our students need chances to think through challenges, work collaboratively, create new ideas, and revise to make their models even better.
Being able to provide students with new activities using these tools and materials, will improve students higher level thinking and make learning exciting.
Right now our Maker Space has very limited items to build and explore and create. New tools and materials will allow students to explore, construct, and work collaboratively with others to make innovative designs in the Maker Space.
