In my classroom, we practice time management and time on task daily, preparing students for work readiness and daily life skills. My students need the watches to help keep track of time, for work readiness, time on-task and when to take and return from breaks. The alarms will help students with telling time.
The addition of technology would give my students a much needed boost of practice, in the areas measurement of time. Students are preparing for life after high school. They need opportunity to practice work readiness timeliness. The pre-set alarms on the watches will aid students who have difficulty with telling time, increasing student confidence as well as abilities to tell time and remain on task until complete in the workplace.
