Students love whiteboards! Individual whiteboards increase student engagement and lead students to assess their understanding of the lesson. The holding up of whiteboards to display answers ensures that all students are held accountable for the completion of a task. These whiteboards are also an excellent tool for formative assessment. They will provide me with instant feedback on the degree of my students' understanding. I can clarify misunderstandings immediately and adjust my instruction to better meet the needs of all my students. My projects is based on acquiring enough whiteboards for an entire class given the benefits of increased student engagement and formative assessment.
