Currently we only have one speaker which is not very loud and does not make it easy for our students to hear counts, so I believe this would increase the students' test scores. The students also participate more and increase activity when music is played. Each day we do some type of cardiovascular warm up and the students perform better and get their heart rate up and keep it up more with music.
Having a quality speaker on each side of our gym would allow our students to clearly hear the fitness test cadence and allow music to be a daily part of our class. The students perform better on the tests when they can clearly and loudly hear the counts of the cadence. This has made practicing for the test hard as we can not do small groups with large classes.
