The math manipulatives will help my students gain a better understanding of math concepts. By having different hands-on activities, I can meet the different learning styles of my students. Most of my students are able to reach a high level of achievement when they have the opportunity to use different hands-on manipulatives in the lessons. These items can help the students to be able to become active participates in their learning process and be able to take ownership of their learning. The students get so excited when they are actively involved with their learning process, and these items will allow the students to do just that. The students will be able to practice different math concepts through the course of the year. Then they will be able to go and utilize the manipulatives as they practice with their peers.

About my class
