With tablets in the classroom, students will be able to be accountable for their learning. The tablets will promote engagement and hands on learning. The students will be able to have stories come to life with a different voice inflections. The students will also be able to use a tool that is familiar to them, in the classroom to make learning fun and exciting. I do want to use tablets for my young learners to promote language acquisition for my ESOL students. Learning is more than the teacher talking. I believe students must be 100% involved in their learning. I want them to have the opportunity to be exposed to technology in the classroom and be able to work efficiently with technology. The world is moving in this direction and so should my students.
