Our little scientists love to explore and collect data. I am the science coordinator/lab teacher for a K-5 inner city science magnet school. Our school has an extremely diverse population with 27 languages and dialects spoken. Four years ago, we began the challenging process of transforming into a science magnet school. This change has had a very positive impact on the academic achievement of the children at my school.

About my class

Our little scientists love to explore and collect data. I am the science coordinator/lab teacher for a K-5 inner city science magnet school. Our school has an extremely diverse population with 27 languages and dialects spoken. Four years ago, we began the challenging process of transforming into a science magnet school.
