My classroom is comprised of five periods, in which each period holds about thirty seven students. I have students from many ethnic backgrounds and each with different modalities of learning. I not only know each one of them by name but also by the challenges they face. However, all my students have shown me that they can learn when given the necessary tools and given the individual care each one deserves. I have also found out that my students have the ability to learn anything that is given to them, the only secret to that is to make them believe it. My students along with my other colleague's students have ranked first place in our district interim test for the second time. This really speaks for itself. I always see my students as my own kids, so I try to give them the same care as my own.
