As this will be a brand new middle school program we are knee deep in the planning. I will be teaching English Language Arts (ELA) to all the 6th, 7th, and 8th graders. As the ELA advisor I am looking for ways to get the attention of middle school students. I want stories and literature that will ignite some interest while raising achievement. I would love to be able to use the Scholastic Scope Magazine as a way to inspire and empower my students. I have researched Scholastic Scope and this monthly magazine will provide my students with exciting multi-genre stories and engaging activities. Because of its leveled text and audio/read-aloud support I will be able to reach all of my readers. Please help! By donating you can help me strengthen the literacy skills in all of my students. Thank YOU!
