Our kindergarten has a heavy focus on reading and writing. I want to incorporate meaningful science and social studies content into our classroom, while not taking away from important literacy skills. I want the students to work together, make observations, and dig deep into topics that are important to them.
Our kindergartners will explore science and social studies through activities and booklets that are relevant to the life of 5 and 6 year olds!
I plan to keep the Let's Find Out magazines, posters, and activities within our classroom, so that students for years to come will be able to enjoy them.
