Play is essential in PK because it contributes to the cognitive, physical, social, and emotional well-being of the students. By having challenging and engaging centers around the classroom little ones have an opportunity to develop into early-scholars.
Play is a great opportunity for me as a teacher to engage fully with my students and for the students to start knowing each other in a free-risk environment.
I am compromised with my early scholars to give them many and different opportunities where they can be challenged, engaged and at the same time learn basic skills for life and for future school years, we need materials, like paint, and equipment where little ones can explore, be challenged, learn, and much more.
