It is incredibly important for students to read every single day! My students absolutely love our classroom library and would love to have a larger variety of books to choose from when reading. We need book bins, a mobile storage cart and a variety of books on their levels A - J, in order to increase their passion for reading and start off their educational careers on the right foot!
When students have the opportunity to choose from books that are of interest to them and exciting to read, they are more eager to read and grow! Kindergarten students are required to move 4 reading levels from the beginning of the year to the end. Studies have shown that the more books students read that are on a level they can successfully read on their own, they are more likely to reach their goal level. Please help my students meet their goals and become successful readers!!
