This calming corner will be a fantastic addition to the sensory area I am trying to create in my classroom. All students will be able to utilize this area for times when they need a quiet cozy space to relax, self regulate and get ready to learn. This area will be a safe space for them to utilize fidgets, listen to calming music or close their eyes and relax their bodies so that they can get ready for the next task on their schedule. This will help each kiddo tremendously.
