This easel will be a focal point of the classroom. It will be where the students will have easy access to anchor charts and books for daily read alouds. This easel will serve as a place where new skills and concepts are modeled and practiced. Students will be able to be more engaged as they interact with the information on the easel. Also since it is on wheels, students will be able to have access to this easel from multiple points of the classroom. During small group instruction time, we can easily move the easel around the classroom so all students can practice skills. Finally, since it also has a white board on the other side, morning messages and other writing skills can be displayed on the other side. This easel will be a great addition to my classroom and keep my students more engaged.
