Times have changed in our schools. When we were in school, we did not do a lot of group work. Today, our students are working together more with partners and as a group. It is in this capacity that these tables will help the students learning. Working at a desk in a group is hard to do when all the desks are moving. Using tables would also give our students a larger space to work on when making projects.
Collaborative learning environments have shown that students not only learn better, but also helps those students who are second language learners.
Working in groups allows students to learn from each other. They also learn how to solve problems, answer team tasks, and take responsibility for their learning.
