Multiple Seating Options for Multiple Learning Styles will give my students the opportunities to move around the classroom and chose an area that works best for them. My students are very active first graders that need opportunities and space in the classroom to allow them the flexibility to be able to move and spread out, to allow them to focus on what is most important, their learning. Smaller tables, yoga balls, wobble stools, stability discs, clip boards, and an area rug, will offer them the movement and space needed to do those things. Not only will they be able to spread out on the rug with clipboards, but those that need to move, will have that opportunity with the stools, balls, and discs. For the students that need a cozy, quiet space of their own, the saucer chairs and bean bags will provide that.
