Students with dyslexia or other processing deficits struggle a great deal with notetaking. Providing them with the technological tools, such as Live Scribe pens, would greatly impact their ability to learn and keep up with their peers. " This is exactly what I need!" one of my students with dyslexia exclaimed after trying out the pen during a demonstration. The students and I continue to work to create a cafe' model with small workstations equipped with the latest technologies to enhance individualize learning. The coffee house style classroom with bar high workstation creates a relaxed, sophisticated vibe which works with these creative high schoolers. Please help me build each of their toolbox of learning so they can reach their goals!
