In Science we study Inventions and Electricity and ozobots would allow my students to not only invent programs that the ozobots preform but also see the inside workings of a real robot. Since the ozobots are clear students will get to examine the inter-workings of the robot and see how the electrical connections are made. Since we study Inventors in Reading we tie that back to Science by creating inventions. By introducing students to the idea of coding they are essentially inventing a program for the robot to run. Students will also be working in cooperative groups to create these programs thus adding to the experience. These ozobots will make Science fun and interactive.
