My students will use these flexible seating options to increase our comfort and engagement while we learn. Just as adults like to move around and be comfortable when writing and reading, so do students. Providing students a choice helps increase engagement in the classroom. This furniture will allow my students to move and work in a productive way. The student-choice benefit behind flexible seating is that it helps students become more self-aware of what types of seating and environment helps them learn best. Students are free to move to the type of seating that works best for them. Students learn best when they feel comfortable and this flexible seating will help my students do their best!
