My students will experience life as it relates to plants. I'm am requesting garden potting soil, one raised vegetable garden bed, planters, a watering can and Heirloom vegetable seeds. We will plant the seeds indoors and watch them grow until they are ready to be planted outside. They will prepare a garden, plant seeds, care for the seeds and plants, and finally eat and share the fruits of our labors.
My students will grow like wildflowers learning to take care of seeds, plants and vegetables. So many life and work skills related to a garden. We plan to keep our courtyard looking beautiful in the process.
