Teaching music to 300+ children in their classrooms means we need organization and materials to move safely and efficiently from one room to another. Each student will be able to access the music instruction through multiple modes (visual, kinesthetic, auditory). The recorders allow each student to have their own instrument. The LEGO pieces allow for visual aids to music reading and writing. The cart allows us to have small instruments stored, song lyrics and music vocabulary posted, and audio speakers/technology transported in a secure manner. These various resources allow me to have all materials necessary for each classroom, to distribute new materials to students, and to include and engage all students in each music activity.
