I teach English Language Learners from grades K-5th. I have several newcomers that do not speak any English. Having books and activities of everyday items/actions in English and Spanish would help my students learn the English language. Most of us will never know the struggle that these children face day to day with not knowing or understanding our English language. The materials that I am requesting will provide vivid pictures with intentional objectives for them to practice and use in their daily conversations with peers and other adults. Thank you for putting yourself in their shoes and donating to help my ESL class!
