Center for Creative Arts is a fine arts magnet school with students in grades 6-12. Students audition and major in one of seven art disciplines: dance, visual art, vocal music, instrumental music, theatre, musical theatre, and creative writing. Requested donations are for an after-school stained glass class targeted to 6-12th visual arts students. Stained glass art is not in the current curriculum, but we wanted our students to experience this art medium. The after-school class is already in the process of creating 3 stained glass panels to be permanently placed in the school library. Funds will be used to purchase the glass needed for 15 more windows.
