Technology is embedded into every aspect of children's lives. They don't know a world without it. Knowing how to use technology effectively isn't just something that is "nice to know"—it is a must in today's world. The best way to learn how technology can work and help the world is to use it. Our students love using technology. When we use technology with these kids, engagement goes WAY up, no matter what the topic. They struggle with writing and anything that requires deeper thinking. Because of the number of students in our school, they have very limited access to other labs or technology beyond the Chromebooks we already have. This is not going to "cut it" in today's world.
