My 8th grade students are bright and inquisitive learners. They are excited to come to school every day and they put their whole hearts into any project they take on. Our students require a lot of paper products to help them to create their final products. One thing that my students LOVE to do is an activity called Tabletop Twitter. I take short section of a reading passage that the students read and respond to using a Twitter-type response on chart paper. The kids enjoy this real world activity to express their opinions and to respond to one another.
