This project will help my students to see how the food gets from the garden to their table. They will have a chance to explore and grow things for themselves. I want them to know how to plant and weed a garden. This garden will help our students generate a sense of pride as they watch their garden come to life. I want them to know that no matter their age they can do great things. I think this garden will help them to explore as well as play in the world around them all while learning. They will enjoy seeing their garden grow and learning that they can enjoy the fruits of their labor. We can teach them that vegetables are good for you as well as fun to grow yourself.
