These sensory materials will help tremendously within my special education classroom. Academically, the materials asked for provide my students with hands on, exciting, kinesthetic activities. Given my students have a plethora of special needs, it is important that they are provided with sensory items to help them focus, and keep them engaged in the lesson. The materials requested cover a variety of subjects, including: mathematics, applied sciences, life skills, literacy, among other subjects and areas. The science experiments, manipulatives, and different materials will help provide my students with the most individualized learning environment possible for the upcoming school year.
