I am requesting these STEM materials to find solutions to challenging activities. They will use science, technology, engineering, and mathematics to solve these activities. These boxes will be used as center activities. They will be performing the challenges asked of them. These 2 STEM bundles contain a higher quality of materials than the homemade ones that we can afford. They will be exposed to activities that aren't the norm in our curriculum. They will be allowed to learn about failure being an actual option. Once they "fail", then they will have to come up with a better solution to succeed. Not everyone will fail. Some will succeed right from the start, but they may find a way to better their solution. STEM is becoming the "it" thing in education. I want my students to not be left out.
