Practicing yoga is beneficial to everyone. It encourages both health and wellness for children. It can be done by everyone. When practicing yoga, children are able to focus more in school, release emotions, and increase endurance.
Yoga helps students' lifestyles, regardless of their backgrounds. It gives them peace and tranquility. It helps them relieve stress, declutters their minds, and helps them focus.
Yoga also helps students by teaching them to have endurance, strengths and flexibility. It teaches them to have mental and physical endurance, which are wonderful tools to have in and out of school.
I would love to give my students the opportunity of learning and practicing yoga because I feel that it will be a life-long skill that they will take with them forever.
