Having this set of Kindle Fires and cases will allow for different structures of learning in my classroom. If every child has a tablet at their fingertips, interactive lessons and increased engagement is a sure thing! In my classroom, I plan to use the Kindle Fires during my lessons to check students' understanding through fun quiz games such as Kahoot. The Kindle Fires will also provide many educational apps and games for students to work with. Also, students will be able to read and take comprehension tests on Accelerated Reader to earn points and prizes. My classroom does not have the level of technology to meet the needs of my learners. This grant will help to close that gap just a little bit more.
