Through the use of these tablets, my kindergarteners will be able to read a book while listening to it. This practice will increase their reading fluency and their vocabulary by exposing them to words that are more advanced. These tools will help increase literacy and student engagement in my classroom. Donations to this project will help struggling readers increase their literacy. This project will help students engage in a culture of literacy where they can listen to a variety of books. It is a win-win when we are able to find different ways of putting books in a child's hand.

About my class
