Our students are hungry for experiencing new musical outlets. Coming from an urban low income area, our students do not always have the financial means to enhance their musical education. By providing a well rounded general music experience for all our students we can give the music experience they deserve.
Students who may be struggling with personal or social trauma can use music as an outlet to cope with those emotions. At the same time, the benefit from the music theory concepts they get will help them in their academic achievements.
