We intend to build a sustainable program of Musical Theatre in our Title 1 school. We have good momentum in our 2nd year of the club thanks to Seattle Theatre Group. We are excited and grateful to Disney Musicals in Schools' one-time offer to match donations up to $1,000.
These materials, such as paints, paper, glue, fabric and wood, will be used by students to create costumes, props and sets for our performance of the Lion King. With the backdrop supplies and tools for set building, we hope to create items that can be adapted and reused in future shows.
