This rug will make a difference by having a special place for students to sit for group time, calendar time, and reading. This will help my students to feel special by having a nice place to sit and make our classroom a little brighter. I consider my students my family and we create a community of learning in my classroom. Having a large rug would be great when we meet together to have community circles and enjoy learning together. This would be a wonderful addition to my kindergarten classroom where students can come together to learn, feel safe, loved, and gain a love of learning.
