My students will be able to access their individual reading programs which are taught in small group using iPad technology. They will have access to leveled readers at their own pace, use voice activated writing software, engage in educational applications to reinforce math skills, use as a research tool, and numerous other collaborative activities.
We will be able to move through lessons more effectively and enhance a student’s learning. For example, students using the Barton Reading and Spelling Program will be able to manipulate the alphabet tiles from their individual iPad.
Rather than having 2 separate magnetic teacher boards with up to 50 tiles, the student will have easy touch screen access to move and organize tiles more efficiently.
