These backpacks will allow children and parents to experience quality literature while strengthening children's school readiness skills in the areas of math, literacy and science.
Children will develop a love for reading and learning that will accompany them throughout life!
Parent engagement in a child's learning is the key. By allowing the children to take the materials home, parents and children can work together on key skills when it fits into "family time".
Having these literacy backpacks filled with hands on, active learning activities that are linked to quality literature will allow for successful experiences that can be shared with the whole class upon return.
