My students are incredibly inquisitive and talented problem solvers. This year I will begin my journey as a first-time STEM teacher. I am incredibly excited and thankful for this opportunity and am looking forward to this adventure with my students. I firmly believe that all students should have access to a quality STEM program that allows them to learn with hands-on activities. I have designed a curriculum that explores a variety of STEM concepts through many different projects. My students are interested in STEM topics, but have not had the opportunity to participate in a STEM course prior to this year. Despite the challenges they face outside of the classroom, they are big dreamers, overachievers, and go-getters that will undoubtedly thrive in STEM and beyond.
