My classroom in is the process of a makeover. It is time to bring in color and flexibility. With new curriculum I feel that my students would benefit from new seating. I want to create a learning environment that allows students to discuss and explore ideas without being confined to a desk, which are usually way too small for growing teen. Flexible seating will allow for more movement and creativity from the students. I don't believe that classrooms look like desks in a row. I believe that seating should be flexible and reflect the diverse needs of the learners that enter the room.
