Giving students a head start in their education is my primary goal. Materials for my voluntary pre-kindergarten programs are often limited and most of my resources have been broken or worn out through the years. A Cricut Maker will allow me to create materials for multi-sensory lessons to help students build those key foundational skills for reading and math. This tool will allow me to create more personalized resources for each individual child so they can practice those key skills at home with parents.
Making sure every child gets their educational needs met is my top priority each and every day. Worksheets and copies don't always allow students to manipulate letters and sounds so being able to touch move and arrange them will help students make those necessary connections. It will also help spark their creativity and increase their knowledge of technology by allowing them to create unique projects in Design Space that they can share with their families.
