These materials such as the wobble stools and the bean bag chair will offer my students another way to learn and listen in the classroom without having to sit in a regular chair all day long. Some of my students have attention issues and having them sit on a different chair, or even a wobble stool helps them focus a little better with the task at hand! Some of my students even stand and march in place, because it help them concentrate on what they are doing.
By donating to my project you will give my students options to learn the way the is best and the most comfortable to them. I am all about allowing my students to learn with what works for them, if they are doing it correctly and it is not distracting, ground rules are a must! My students mean the world to me and giving them the chance to just sit in a different chair each day makes their day and they enjoy coming to school that much more! If that is all it takes, I will keep doing it!
