The classroom rug will make a difference in my students' learning because it will keep my students organized for learning. My students spend a great deal of the day out of their seats. The rug would be great for my students to sit on to enjoy story time. They love reading books and listening to stories on the rug. Also, the rug will be wonderful for my students to enjoy circle time activities and lesson plans. Classroom rugs provide a room within a room and will brighten up our classroom to make our learning environment more enjoyable. I will have measured out space, well defined, and easy for my students to identify. A simple, "Please sit on the carpet" request by me means that students know exactly where to go. Since the design of the carpet outlines itself, children know the boundaries. Sitting on the carpet means that students can easily and quickly be sent to one area where further instruction can take place.
