I am asking for an Apple TV for my classroom in order for students to share projects. The assignment was to create a 2 minute video that featured 2 or more students, modeling math functions that we have been learning about this year. Each group did a great job. In order to do this project, I was able to use iPads from other teachers and then students problem solved how to upload the videos in order to share them with me, allowing us to watch them as a class. An Apple TV would allow us to share videos and projects with ease, and not waste class time working around the slow school WiFi and network. This technology would allow me to maximize class time and give myself and students flexibility when doing projects.
