My students have limited funding from home to allow all students to have access to the same calculators in which they will use for testing. I like for students to be able to check their work after writing out the steps in their math problems. My students would have access to these calculators before school, during class and after school tutoring if needed to assist them in completing homework.
The use of these calculators would be a tool for students to use in assisting in their work. The understanding of the use of the calculators and all the tools on the calculator can be an asset to them during their end of year test.
