The Chair Pockets I am requesting for my classroom will be key in helping my students organize their classroom materials. By donating to my project, you will be helping my students to have an organized, safe place to keep their class materials such as pencils, whiteboards, whiteboard markers, folders, and classwork. My hope is for each student to have a chair pocket seat sack and enjoy the benefits! Organization in a classroom is so important, and I strongly feel that it directly impacts academic achievement. These chair pockets will hold folders that will relate directly to readers and writers workshop, both are crucial to academic growth. In addition, the pockets will also hold their whiteboards and whiteboard markers which are instrumental in math instruction. I know that when students are able to locate their materials promptly, it gives them a strong mindset in which they are ready to learn! As a teacher, my role is to give students an environment each day in which they can learn and feel successful while doing so. All too often, I have seen upset students as a result of not being able to find what they need. That upset feeling changes they way in which they approach learning. I would be ever so grateful for you help and support of my students. Thank you!
