Students will be able to use Chromebooks in the classroom to extend learning by utilizing online educational games, collaborate with one another to create projects, work on typing and processing skills, and use research tools to develop and build STEM activities.
Integrating technology into our classroom can help struggling readers listen to stories, difficult math concepts turn into engaging practice games, and small groups can truly be differentiated. Students will use computers daily in both math and reading centers as ways to reteach problem areas, practice current standards, and provide extension projects to students who have shown mastery in class. My goal is to blend traditional learning with technology to promote multiple resources to help all students learn.
